Winvera is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the Winvera mobile app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Wins, goals, affirmations, and preferences. Content you add in the app is stored securely and associated with your account when you sign in.
- Authentication data. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information (e.g., name, email) and identity tokens to verify your account.
- Device and diagnostics data. We collect minimal logs needed to maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues (e.g., timestamps, error codes, platform).
How We Use Your Information

- Generate AI-assisted insights or affirmations when you request them.
- Improve reliability, performance, and customer support.

How Data Is Stored & Secured
Your account data and content are stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) and encrypted at rest. When you are offline, a copy of your entries may be cached on your device to ensure a smooth experience. We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect personal data.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.
AI Services
When you request AI-generated affirmations or win evaluations, relevant content is securely transmitted to our proxy hosted on Vercel, which communicates with OpenAI to generate a response. Your data is not used to train third-party models and is processed solely to fulfill your request. Responses are cached briefly to complete delivery and then discarded.
Third-Party Services
Winvera uses trusted third-party services to provide core features of the app, including authentication, data storage, hosting, and AI-powered features. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — Database and user account storage
- Vercel — Secure API hosting for our proxy
- OpenAI — AI content generation
- Google — Google Sign-In
- Apple — Sign in with Apple
Your Choices
- Update or delete entries at any time from within the app.
- Sign out to remove synced data from your device cache.
- Contact us to request account or data deletion from Supabase.
Data Retention
We retain your data while your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days (subject to limited backups retained for a brief period for security and disaster recovery).
Children’s Privacy
Winvera is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at winvera.app@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond in accordance with applicable laws.
International Transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
